Collaro Properties was founded in the 1960’s by visionary investor and entrepreneur, Nick Collaro. Nick built his first apartment building in 1964 and during his lifetime grew his real estate portfolio to include several more apartment buildings, several single family homes as well as commercial property.

Nick was committed to providing his tenants with a clean and safe living environment, thus setting the standard of high-quality apartments that the company upholds today.
