The following items are required for applicants to be considered:

• Completed Rental Application and Resident & Employment Verification Form for EACH adult occupant

• Color copy of driver's license and social security card

• Proof of income

  • 1 month of paycheck stubs

  • If no paycheck stubs are available, please provide 3 months of bank statements

  • Any letters regarding additional income
